I had a similar issue with flush mount ones (I got from China) on the TZR . One issue though (you might have) - the bulbs that came with it were small 12v 5w and I could not get any small 12v 21w (all the small were 5w) locally and had to buy online. I think I bought 10 as that was the pack size - I can check tomorrow if you want. Did you need 4?

ask pedda, he has some super small ones on his kat and theyre incredibly bright. they also manage to comply with german tuv regs so must be reasonable quality. theyre led lamps so youd need the relay too, but they really are bright as well as being the smallest indicators ive ever seen on a bike.
