Hi, looking to change oil and water in my 250 kat, any recommendations, could do with a manual

Check out this Japanese website, it's for the Suzuki Bandit 250 which has the same engine, cooling etc, you'll have to translate it using google translate, a little box should come up on the screen recommending it, i've found it really useful over the years, for everything from carburettors to spark plug changes. http://www1.synapse.ne.jp/s-hara/bandit/index.html
