How much fun must you have to...

Make the rear brake become fried?

Let me recount the episode......

Yesterday the M62 was closed at 3pm at junc 22( Milnrow) My route however was on the hour everyhour from salford to Rochdale. (J21) and return, and return until 8pm.
By 4pm the traffic was back to junc 15 and every road from through under, over , Manchester, Bury, Rochdale , Hyde etc was a carpark , so the obviuos route is the motorway . So joining at 17 through to J21 was solid filtering , bearing in mind the total journey is 20 miles there and the same return an average speed of roughly 45mph . ( remember Germany :D :? )

like I say it must have been fun ' cos just as I got to the clinics at 4 30pm
as I applied the rear brake the pedal just flopped to the biottom , ohh!
On inspection the disc was blue. ohh!
By 5pm the disc had cooled and the fliud had cooled enough to give a touch of preasure. ready for return leg.
It was fun though.
only used front for the 6, 7, 8 pm though.
