Phone Andy at NRP ,,rather than trying the website.
NRP; on the phone! Website is not one of the best.

I priced up Fred61’s Pop Up carb overhaul seals etc from Suzuki. Scared the living daylights out of me!

Thanks for the advice, Fossie and Kryten.

I have just priced up the Suzuki parts that I know I need from Fowler's web site. Just the gaskets and seals, without O rings or anything else. £219.74. :o

I will phone NRP when I have a better idea of all the bits I might need.

Whaaaaaat... just regular BS32S's?! Wouldn't they be the same as any Mikuni for all the o-rings, seals, float gaskets etc? Help yourself :-)
https://daminedingmoto.com/carburetor-rebuild-kit/

It's what I usually use. Fantastic quality to be honest.
And for the connecting tubes I just bought 500 of the right size and SHORE no.

No, unfortunately not BS32SS. The 1,000SZ has VM32SS carbs. I have noticed quite a price jump between 1,100 carb part prices and 1,000 ones when I was searching the internet for the gaskets and O rings.

I suppose people have added a premium because of the rarity?

Thanks for the link. I will check it out.

David.

As an aside Litetek do an 1100 BS Carb kit for O rings and gaskets:
https://litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Suzuki_GS10 ... 82-83.html
I have used those, though I did have to redo the small hole where the enrichener (?) tube goes, but easy enough. I have told Blair at Litetek so he might have modified - the images from that link show the the top gaskets with the hole in the slightly wrong place but the lower 2 look correct (comparing to this https://www.cmsnl.com/products/13251-44 ... 60Z_sj7SUl )

As Blair puts the original part number on each of his parts, you can compare to other BS carbs on the 650 / 750 etc and find that probably most of the bits will fit.

For the tubes that join the carbs, you need 12 O Rings and they are 6.35mm ID x 1.78mm CS and I got from:
https://www.polymax.co.uk/o-rings-6-35m ... ton-75-sha
Minimum order, means there's some to send to others (which we have done in the past), I'm wondering whether the club could buy some for send out if people need them. I'm sure they will be the same for all the BS range.

I bought my rebuild kits for my 1000 from Australia. It was a couple of years ago mind. I will see if I can find the kit box for the details.
