Got a real flat tyre at Eurokat.

It's a tubules tyre, with a tube in it, no obvious sign of issue on the tyre, so thoughts are its just a tube problem.

What is best way forward?

1) Just replace the tube and retain tubeless tyre.
2) Replace tube and put new tubeless tyre on.
3) Get rid of tube and just use existing tubuless tyre.
4) get rid of tube and get new tubeless tyre.

Tyre off and blow the tube up and establish whether it's a valve problem or puncture.
If it's the valve then ditch the tube. Get a valve for your rim and use your tyre.
If the tube says puncture then get the tyre checked and if it can't be repaired go tubeless anyway with a new one.
Mark your tyre where the valve sits before removal and if the tube says puncture then you have a reference point for finding potential tyre damage.

So option 4 if tube is bad?

I would ditch the tube and go tubeless anyway. I'm only saying check the tube to establish what the damage is. If you say there's no apparent tyre damage it could be a faulty valve. You'd know if you tried inflating it then dripping water into the valve. Leaking air would push water out of the valve.
If it doesn't and still deflates then it's a puncture which you need to locate then line it up next to the tyre and inspect that area more closely. Either way I'd look to go tubeless as they can be repaired in some cases while still on the bike. Best case scenario is you blow up the tube before removing the tyre and if it is just the valve then valve replacement is a simple and cheap result.

Why has it got a tube in it is the first question. Get rid of it and get a tyre place to put a tubeless valve in it , then monitor the pressure ..
The only 2 reasons it could have a tube are ...it's had a slow puncture and a tube is a quick fix...
Or the tyre fitter didn't have the correct calve for the snowflake wheels ...normal car ones don't seal too well due to shape of the contours .

Just to say the difference between a puncture with a tube and tubeless ....the day before yesterday got a puncture on my work bike ( I usually get 1 every tyre = 6 weeks ) 6 mins from checking , pulling nail out , plugging with strips we carry , inflated with battery air pack ..and then back on road ...sill fine after 1000 miles ...
