Just popping in to say Hi and hope your all ok.

Missing the little bike :(
However now know made the right choice as my health got worse..
Cyst growing inside my spinal chord which was why I was having problems with my arms and hands and the ride position on the little Kat... gutted.
Pushing all my neck discs down and I have trouble turning my head round one side.
I knew something was wrong as the first time I sat on it I was fine .. went from comfy to agony.... thats why.

I can ride more upright bikes but again some days good some bad...

I have found an original exhaust and a half .. and a fairing panel and a set of primed fairing panels.
Also a side panel which was given to me .. So I will give that back to someone who needs it as only fair as it was given to me.

I hope my little bike is ok.. I really really miss having it about.

I will still pay my subs as I still love Kats..
I don't like to come on too much as it may be like I am taking the pee seeing as I no longer have a Kat.. but just wanted to pop in say hi and hope your all ok!! xxxx

Hi Mel,like John says, don't be a stranger here.

Your old 400 passed it's MOT again recently and also now wears an original exhaust as Baz didn't like disturbing his neighbours with the Yosh!!! (which lives in my garage now :D, we did a straight swap). We had problems with the back brake but seem to have fixed it now.

I'll pm you or get you on f/book about the spares.

Hi Mel
Sorry to hear of the reasons to sell the little Kat, but as FBJ & 'Geezer said; no need to be a stranger on here.

This is one of the friendliest forums about. And I think you're qualified to be here because at least you've had your Kat on the road!

I will always have part of a Kat as I have Pinkys mudguard and fork brace!! They are not going anywhere :)

I do miss the bike.
I am glad it got through its Mot AGAIN , its never let me done on that!! not even an advisory!!
I really miss it.
It had a bind on the back brake once but I took it to get fixed , replaced the brake fluid and put new pads in and rode it 60 miles and it seemed ok , I hope its ok.
I miss it so much.

As it stands stupid cyst in my spinal cord and now finally have a rare form of Arthritis which is crippling me. Also slipped a disc in my neck ..jeez I am falling apart!!!!!!
But I finally know all the things that have been making moving about a pain in the bum and riding ..:(
I wouldn't be able to cope with the riding position..
It would have been a crime to keep it and let it rot.

So at least I am being treated now and the little one is getting use!!!

Il have to one day cadge a pillion on a proper big Kat again one day !!
Least they have proper seats unlike some of these new fangled things!!!
My bum would not fit on most new bikes back seat :)

I hope everyone is ok .
H your have to fill me in .... :(

Sorry to here of all your health problems, sounds like you are really going through the mill :(

The bike is going great and now that its got the standard zorst on it i can ride it to work at 3 in the morning without worrying about waking my own kids let alone everyone elses.
I am really enjoying riding it and the trip to work is getting quicker all the time,i'll have to find a longer route 8-)
