Yep alot of pressure build up, it happened after less than a minute of running, if the valve was stuck then the oil has nowhere to go, it'll keep pumping so something has to give, that's what i'm thinking anyway. Can't really see how it can get stuck though, unless something is blocking it ?, before getting it going in August i took the sump off and strainer out and gave it all a good clean, it was pretty good in there anyway so can't see what could cause it....I'll update when i know more and when i can be arsed with thebloody thing....
