Re: Need advice on cars
We run the kataliban bus..... same as Previa but Emina/lucida grey import,it's diesel, automatic, nearly 30 mpg,8 seater, have had a 250 Kat,125 GS, and pushbikes in the back, makes a GREAT BED ON RALLIES(has accomodated all 4 of us)
,just come back from France in it-320miles before stopping for fuel.Ours is 20yr old,saw one go on ebay just recently for £1000.Our next car will be one of these. We tend to fill it with building materials more than kids these days, the kids grow up and do their own things, but I fear our French Maison will always be needy.

I had a Lucida(J top) and we loved it, only when I visited a sandy place the wife ran out of oil and the engine went pop. I replaced the engine myself with a recon one for £800 and it was great, I only got rid as it's very heavy on fuel 28mpg max and that's with a new engine.
