Up date .
Given in and rode the bike to B&C in Manchester, they have a carb guru.
he phoned me and asked if I could catch meteorites, as he was going to launch these piggy carbs . Oh dear.
10 minutes later I bought those from whmcs ( sorry Jez but he was a true gent offer advice before just taking my dosh.) Anyway they arrived untouched , all screws show no evidence of being attacked.
Jmac dropped these of for me to day. Success? In a fashion it runs much better but was as it should be when they nicked a Bandit 400 coil.

Lets weigh up the cost first. initail £65 for chap to dismantle clean carbs ( Which he didn't do well but I have had an MOT and tyres changed for free, so nearly even .
Brand new Needles , £60 ish
Replacement carbs £66 and nuvver coil £24. Total bill from B&C incl new plugs and airfilter £240 Nearly out of pocket by £400 oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh my God!!
