Nice story mate, glad Bryn is fixed. We're 'dog' people too (we have 4) so it's always nice to hear a happy ending.
At least you didn't have to sell the bike to pay the bill.
I would add tho' that although we've only needed it on a few occasions pet insurance is a real must ( I know, wise after the event etc...).

Happy Christmas Bryn :D :D

Good to hear Bryn is doing well. Must have been a traumatic time for all of you.

After about 6 years of asking for one, my 10yr old lad has finally got his wish for a dog. Mrs Kryten has never had pets and used to ba afraid of dogs. But 5 weeks ago I phoned home from the platform to be told that she'd gone to see a 7 month old pup that needed a good home.

He's a little Jack Russell x Bichon Frise and has definately landed on his paws at home now

After only 5 weeks it seems like he's been with us forever

The down side was that I got nothing done on Skruffy Kat this time in, as I have had to "Dog Proof" the garden

Nice story, uber pikey. Animals are just people, innit?

What can you fabricate for your Kat from that stainless brace? Have a mate who has a gear lever from the brace he had fixed his leg with. And there's even more metal in the very same leg after a little footy kick last summer...
