Think they were trying to blame HSE incase the soles came off in use & I tried to sue them, shame cos there's b*gger all wrong with them...well apart from the soles coming away. £127 pair of boots f*gged

I had the soles glued back on my alpine stars last summer, must be a common fault with race boots. Local cobbler did it but wouldn't put any guarantee on it.

Seems like a glued sole is a bit hit and miss which is why some cobblers dont want to do it.
