you can change the front, so your 240kph clock is a 150mph clock, but then you will need to change the mileometer or else it will read in km's! or just develop a quick head for dividing and multiplying by 1.6

my plan would be to get a mph clockface made up, what I need to know is which end of the speedo drive determines kmh or mph?There is a gearbox in the clocks that can be replaced,I assume replacing this for a mph one would give the the correct drive for the odometer to count miles rather than kph?

Why dony you just get some stickers and stick them at the corresponding speeds on your clocks.

80kph = 50MPH
120KPH=75mph
160KPH=100mph
48kph=30mph
64kph=40mph
