Use the stock springs, ensure the cable is correctly routed and nicely lubricated... when the motor is reved up, the arms on the lock up throw out, pulling the pressure plate tighter to the clutch... i've run one for years on my kat 1428 turbo, but still was getting clutch slip [or so i thought], i had it apart 3 times trying to find out if something wasn't set up right,.. in the end the clutch was perfect it was the rear wheel spinning/letting go on boost... shit tyre could'nt handle the power.... Heres a little feed back on the clutch bit that was missing, the chap I got the lock up from was dead nice but didn't have this piece so I had to alter a stock one, I didn't want to mess with either end so I got a mate to part it of somewhere near the middle, drill and tap the remaining bits, put in a little threaded bar, turn up a new piece at 27.5mm long and join it all all together, weld it up and turn it down again Now I have the correct bit I hope. Well the spacer plate is 27.5mm wide so that's what I had this extended by. Will let you know if it worked in the next few days

Are you sure it's a Kat? Kat engine, Kat clocks, Kat wheels and forks? Mmm! It's not silver is it!
