Well its finally here...........Im off to Peterborough tomorrow evening on the "beast from the east" to FBJ's and then the 8 of us motley crew , on various bikes of different sizes and makes ,are heading off on Friday to the Lake district..........where I live! :?

Been out on the old girl today with all the luggage fitted and all is well....we almost........I just need to strap some lead blocks on the front forks to stop the "Tank slapper"....... Or ride with my feet on the rear pegs which shifts the centre of gravity.......forward.

The Only stumbling block is that the front brake is Cr@p and if my feet are on the back pegs............I cant use the rear brake!

Wish me luck there then!

In fact wish us all good luck...............I think we may need it! :D

Thanks Peeps!...........if it involves riding bikes ( loose term for an MZ) and drinking beer, it should be a good weekend! 8-)

But if I do break a leg...............Pete's off my Xmas card list!
