Just in case you have not think about it.

You need to go to a ulpholstery supplier to find the right material. The material has to be UV and rain resistant basically the same winyl as on the boat seat should do.

But an ulphostery supplier will be better advice.

Alcantara is name u guys are meaning (not Alcantra) - its renowned as the most expensive upholstery fabric but I dont think its suitable for external use unless someone knows better??

I don't think Alcantara is suitable for motorbike seat really, neither. I don't think a outside vinyl would be that dear however I never bought one.

Based on what I saw in classic car world if you are getting the same original vinyl/fabric it might be dear enough but if you get something which is similar but still produce now it won't dear.

Blix, I personally don't know the song Can I have more of it ? :-)

Not that expensive on evilbay but like others, not sure would be suitable for bike seats. I was looking at this stuff for some 1/6 scale Kat builds ;)
