Anyone know what is involved in swapping clocks and centre console from 650 onto a 550 ?
650 has fuel gauge on it and oil and high beam warning lights are in rev counter.
Thanks
Pete

but to make the fuel gauge work wont you need the 650 tank with the sender unit?

Re: clock swap 550/650
The clocks are the same except the redline on 550 is higher.
However it wouldn't be just a straight swap unless the loom you have came from the model that has the sender in the tank.
It can be done just by adding the length of wire needed and you need a live feed to the gauge as the yellow/white wire for the sender is an earth.
