Re: hey all i need help with my pop up
But does it have a light switch?
I will dig out the replacement boxes and see where the missing pin is in relation to yours.
On the old site we had a wiring diagram of how to change the wiring to the common version, it was only moving an earth pin.
My patience and 'putor skills stops me from finding it but some one will , he hopes!
We have a précis about the pop up workings which will be posted in a month hopefully when we set out a pop up section,so it is easier for peeps to find help.
Back to yours however have you contacted Ted on the Katana North America site , he's got many of this model.

Re: hey all i need help with my pop up
Aye thars reet lad. Silver pop up came after the original 199 white ones in canada , no real figures, but I have been in touch with the originator of this thread ( dead official me you know!) and the machine is canadian down to the fuel gauge and NO LIGHT SWITCH.
Lights on with ignition , which is why the Canadian bikes didn't have the KATANA Logo backwards on headlamp, 'cos you'd never appear in a cars mirror with light in parked position.
