These are bolts to blank off the drilling holes you need to have for boring the rocker shaft bearings. You can replace them easily by new and shiney ones.

M 14 x 1 mm, thread length is 11 mm

or get a set of cam end oil feed pipes and make some use of them!

think warpspeedracing make em too..... you can find him on OSS. anodising can be removed..... or ask if they'll do some lines that are similar to their GSXR ones that aren't anodised?

I put them of and guys from metal workshop have cleaned them and covered with chrom. Looks nice.
Suzuki GSX400SSN '93
Honda GL1200 '86
and 4 cats...
