Try Screwing the mixture screws out another1/4 to 1/2 turn and see if that helps. Remove the diaphragm springs and stretch them all so they are 20mm longer than they were but make sure they are all the same length! Did you check the diaphragms for holes???
When bike is running squirt some WD490 around the inlet rubbers, if they are sucking air the revs will rise! indidcating there is an air leak.
BALANCE THE CARBS !!!!!

Well, after a bit of tinkering and twiddling, this is the end result:

I just need to sort the exhaust blow out (one of the downpipes isn't fully in the hole), and I can get the carbs balanced.

Carbtune do good gauges... Lil bar thing that goes up n down opposed to stoopid dials
