Intermittent misfire on revs and cut out?

Post by scwelsher » Tue Mar 29, 2011 6:43 pm

Coming back from an Easter Egg run on Sunday, after noticing a misfire, i was overtaking someone doing about 70 (ish) and engine cut out, still had full electrics. She starts and runs but about 4000+ she's misfiring?
Anybody got any ideas, maybe a dirty Earth at the coils?

Does sound like a float hieght supply problem.
Have you checked the tap? The filter in there or the filter in the float supply?
