Hi! Also you can use:

1. DID 525 VM2-GB-116
2. DID VX 525 (it's cheaper than 525 VM2)
3. DC 525 MTX QX-ring
4. RK 525 XSO

A 525 chain has a pitch of 5/8" (15.88mm) and a roller width of 2.5/8" (7.94mm).

A 530 chain has a pitch of 5/8" (15.88mm) and a roller width of 3.0/8" (9.52mm).

Can you not get or fit 530 sprockets on it as 530 chains are cheaper and stronger, knowing suzuki parts designers there must be interchangeable ones surely ??

If its not a daily rider but a weekend toy why not put a standard chain on as opposed to O ring or X ring etc as you'll have far more time to be lubing it than riding it and save lots of £££££££££

If I hadn't got my O ring 530 chains the (very) right price for the 550's thats what I would have done.

My hayabusa still has the original chain on it, a 530 HD X ring and its done 26,000 miles. I've probably only ever adjusted it 4 times since new but it has seen more lube than Julian Carey's back end
