Hi All,
Im in need of a set of floats for my katana 1000 .
Does anyone have an idea where I could get a set?
tried Robinsons and B&B no luck not on the Suzuki parts list anymore
any help greatly appreciated

Hi and welcome!
Most VM carbs have the same floats in them...........Why do you need a full set? Are they leaking? if so they can be repaired / soldered up!

GS550/750 slide carbs are still plentifull ;-)

Hi Katmarch (steve) sorted out my carbs.

I think he started out with the fuel screws at 1 turn out and the air screws at 1 1/4 out. Then adjusted using his gas analyzer.

the jets are standard.

Sorry to dig this one up again, I was hiding in 2014, and only now catching up!

Bobster says the floats can be repaired. How? Who?

Found out my floats were porous when the set was ultrasonically cleaned. They sank!
