Hello and welcome. I will say it isn't as easy as some other forums as it doesn't automatically resize the images for you that you upload. You'll have to resize to about 500px wide and get the size down to no more than 150kb. There is a testing Room to try it in! If you have no image editing software try http://pixlr.com/editor/ as that works well, crop, resize and save!
Alternatively upload to a sharing site and link to it there using the URL tags in the toolbar.
