EK 6

Post by Russbusa » Sun Aug 10, 2014 5:30 pm

Signs will be up thursday, arriving thursday no problem as arranged to have tea room outbuilding left open thursday for electric, fridges, kitchen, tea urn anyway. As the rugby season is starting soon they understandably dont want us riding/driving on the pitch, if you had seen the way the last club churned it up you would understand why, however car park is between club and pitch so all secure when parked in a group and I should have my caravan there next to it on thursday.

Dogs............. The club do not want any dogs, we are camping on a rugby pitch so from a hygiene point of view it is unacceptable. BUT as a few have asked I will speak to the club secretary as to whether some can camp off the pitch and bring a dog, IF they allow it ....any dogs will have to be kept away from the pitch and excercised (POOP !) elsewhere. they will not be allowed in the club, pitch area and be under close control. I will ask but it has already been said that there should be no dogs.........and its a kat rally not a dog rally

Not looking very good for me  . I`ve been suffering from sciatic pain in my left leg for the last few weeks but could manage the pain. however yesterday the pain ramped up to an unbearable level.
I managed to get a appointment at a local chiropractor but no treatment as I need an xray on Monday with some treatment on Tuesday hopefully.
So well dosed up on tramadol and ibuprofen at the mo but it still aches like f##k.
Fingers crossed for Tuesday and some relief.

Tell me about it mate, I've been like it for months... Even had to go to A&E a couple of weeks ago. Don't know as yet whether I will be on a bike or in car. Doctors had me on tramadol & cocodomol... But they make me fall asleep at work lol

I`m out  went for xray today but wont be treated till Thursday afternoon.
Pain killers not doing much either so back to GP for something stronger.
All I can do is lay down flat on me back or walk with varying amounts of discomfort any thing else is too much. Gutted doesn`t really do it justice was really looking forward to it.
Andy hope you get yourself sorted and everyone else have a drink or 2 for me. Have fun and hopefully see you at the Wussey kat.
Pissed off from Poole......

endured the same in 2010 - had all the drugs / NHS therapy but nothing worked until a mate suggested Acupuncture - could walk OK after 3 sessions - cured in 10. Prior to attending I was not a believer, but try it - anything is better than suffering that pain - and I speak from personal experience!
