Good Morning.

Post by steve worsley » Thu Apr 09, 2015 10:46 am

Hi all in the Katana Owners' Club. I have just aquired a 1987 750 S3 (pop-up) project to keep me out of trouble thoughout the spring and summer. I have always wanted one of these since I had one pass through my shop in Coventry in 1989 and hoped it would never sell (no such luck). Anyways... this one has been through the wars over the years, and most recently someone has grafted a GSX1100R front end and a ZX9 swing-arm / shock etc. with a roll of sellotape and a £49.00 Argos arc welder.... not a pretty sight.

So.... I'm on the lookout for a few spares to get me started... namely a seat and tail-end plastics (condition not important), but above all of that, I'm interested in learning the pitfalls and bonuses surrounding the ownership of Suzukis' most iconic product (imo).

Cheers for accepting my application & I'll try to post some piccys of the poor thing I hope to transform over the next few months.

Be safe...

Steve.

Hi & welcome from another popup owner :)

You'll have to manually resize the images and try again.
