Guilliari seat from 550 which is why the seat locks don't line up .OR the frame is jap import with non jap engine and seat is 650 but not jap market.

I know the seat is wrong, the latch doesn't line up and it's gappy at the back. I'm looking to having a new seat made by a seat restorers. After today's ride that's not a priority though. On the way home it ran like a pig; on 2 cylinders. Cylinder's 3 & 4 (RH side) weren't firing. I'm thinking it may be fuel related - either shit in the carbs or breather cap air inlet blocked but probably carbs.
The power was so poor that I was struggling in 1st. Didn't do the clutch any good either.
It took 10 minutes of cranking before it would start as well (jump leads from the van battery)
Just something more to add to the snagging list.

The back brake sticks on as well so I'll have to strip the master cylinder.
