If you can't get one , the wavy washer from the forks works.

There is also a "plastic tube" that sits behind the actual choke knob part number "58483-49300". I think that causes a bit more friction as well as is sits sideways on (so not used as a tube at all!) Any tube of the same diameter would do but i don't know the diameter!
