Leaky Anti-Dive

The antidive units were leaking fork oil on my Swiss Kat since I got it, so I have stripped the forks down, cleaned and reassembled the whole legs. I used new O rings on the antidive units. The surfaces looked fine. Came into the garage the next day to find one is still leaking (few drops of oil on the floor and the other side seems ok.
The antidive's don't have the tops on, they have been blanked off but properly with a manual adjuster.

Any ideas? Going to have to strip down again, Grrr.
