Do you think Richard Hammond will be joining the club, as he has just bought FBJs Kat 1000?

I’m only 5ft 7 with a 29” inside leg & I can get both feet flat in the ground. Another reason I love my Kat
There rubbish them Jap bikes lad they won't last five minutes! you want to get yourself a nice Royal Enfield!

Talking of suspenders  the rear suspension of my bike seems very harsh even with the spring rate backed right off. I’ve tried different damping rates but I get kicked out of the seat if I hit a bump at speed? I know the Kat is an old style sport bike but mine would put a Ducati to shame
I’ve taken delivery of the pair of free Showa’s from Fossie and I’ll try them but I’m just curious to know if the suspension is normally so harsh?
BTW I’m 11.5 stone in old money
