Either DVLA special ....as in date imported same as date registered, which you have to wonder how , OR , really really really old stock.....but I'm with poor paperwork!

Always make me a bit suspicious when people sell off bikes as they are downsizing the garage...but more than happy to part ex for something else....so where is that going to live then??
