Kryten, is that the Benelli Sei?
otherwise known as a cb500 and a half. the sei was basically a cb500 that benelli had bought stripped and copied and added a couple of extra cylinders. so similar were they that not only did they share boree stroke and valve timing but the bearings were the same sizes ....

I thought the Sei was a 6 at 1 liter, or as I call, a small gallon.

I have said this before, but I dated a girl from England, Stratford Upon Avon actually, who told me, people from England would blow you (me) away on how much trivia they know, she told me of trivia contests at bars that where people could answer "what did Ian Curtis have for dinner before going on a Day with Donna" (yes I had to google 80s English talk shows for that part). But Clare Bennett said you all (Brits) know your shit.

Clare didn't ride, but I put my cheipie leathers on her for some odd reason in 2000 and took this pix.

Yep!

Gorgeous looking bikes, but way out of my money back then. And, indeed, now
