Just to say hi to all - got a project underway, I think it's known here as there is an owners club sticker on the rear mudguard
Cheers

Welcome aboard!

Doesn’t look like a project though. More of a decent service maybe tyres and pads depending on their condition.

Then get out and start swatting flies :D :D :D

How can you tell it's a Yankee model? The carbs? Or the accent?

The VIN sticker above the left footrest is a dead giveaway and the seat ,the UK Katana's seat cover was Alcantara? the US had vinyl and a strap for the passenger which was a DOT requirement thats why there's popper studs on the side of the seat.
Ask it where it's from ?

The SD model seat was vinyl . Red in th front for the maroon model OR as yours blue at front ...so probably not recovered .
Looking through old pickitures....it looks remarkably similar to a chap who was Cambridge way ...more years back than I feel I should remember.

Is the speedo one that over 80 mph .?
