Bugger, bugger, bugger. It seems that my preference dates are not available .
So I have to go to option 2 and 3 .".

My main issue is MY availability , I'm booked for France 3 July to 24th. Which may or not happen but can't chance it! Now I know I can arrange it and leave you lot to it, but ......
So should the earlier date I had in mind not work , how do we feel about another date end of August ?

Had a conflab this evening with another venue .....I decided on 25/26/27 June as in first weekend we are excepted to be free....er
Then should France happen there is a gap to help people organise / fund it.
I should iron out details on Saturday afternoon
I have estimated 35 people ish , so I need your support. But we know
June 25 midday to mid afternoon 27 June . Location Cadishead Area (M44 ).

How are you going to get 35 people in your back garden with a band

Hic ! Justttttt beeeeeen toooo derrrr locatiioooooooon of de pozzzible location of de rallllllleeeeee.
Had to check our facilities etc... Meeting with landlord moved to Monday but can'tt see why not ...short of "Boris"
We will get real ale , camping is tight , locked compound for the bikes , car park opposite should it be needed .

So it is a very local pub where will be mixing with the locals , jukebox is pretty sound and we can add ...the band we will sort ,

Right so we have a band booked, ( confirmed) it will cost us . The jukebox can be updated though it is very good and can be loud enough .( there is a snugger area should it be too .)

A small lockable secure car park for the bikes , car park on opposite side of the road .

A small grassed area for camping , .Holiday inn, Premier inn 3 miles away at junc 21 M6 .( we can arrange a minibus / taxi . Should we need to. )

Cost ..free to members ( although as said before, if anyone wishes to donate back into funds it may be helpful ...BUT it ain't a requirement.
Non members £7 if camping ...£2 if not .
