ALWAYS read the label

Post by nokatanayet » Sun May 29, 2011 2:38 pm

i have started on the the 'rottana' tail unit this week,
all rubbed down ,preped and primed, went to halfords and got some paint mixed, painted and then 24hrs later applied the decals, then it was time for the clear coat which i gave a fairly good coat and thought i would give it a second coat the next day.
here are the results
kat 1 project 001 (Small).JPG

well here we are and ready to give the second coat of clear, after a few squirts with the can and 30seconds later it was pickling like a bitch

i looked at the the can and it read, do not re-coat after 1 hour of painting
