I need tyres for the 1000SZ
But in this ever changing world in which we live in, the choice is being gradually reduced.
I have BT046’s on my 750, but to be honest I find them to be a bit Meh! They wriggle over road irregularities and on the W2E run with the tyres pressures set for high speed/two up I had a low speed weave.
I did have ContiClassicAttack’s before and they were excellent.
However Continental don’t do a 17” rear in the ClassicAttack range.
Steve was saying about the Pirelli Sport Demons, but the 19” front is not available at the moment.
What do you you use and why?

Re: 1000/1100 Tyres
I've just put a new set of BT 46 on my 1000SZ, and quite like them, (they don't see any wet weather, so can comment on wet performance)...I had Avon roadrider on before, but they used to white line like buggery!

Thanks Bob
There was a bit of dampness on the W2E, and TBH the BT46's were not a problem then. But there was this low speed weave, probably accentuated by the wriggle over road irregularities.
I have gone with Steve's choice of Sport Demons as I found a 19" front for sale.
We shall see.
I'll also have play with the tyre pressures on the 750 and see if I can get some confidence back in the BT46's
