ace song!!

I just down from the Isle of Skye
I'm no very big but I'm awful shy
All the lassies shout as I walk by,
"Donald, Where's Your Trousers?"

Let the wind blow high and the wind blow low
Through the streets in my kilt I go
All the lassies cry, "Hello!
Donald, where's your trousers?"

I went to a fancy ball
It was slippery in the hall
I was afeared that I may fall
Because I nay had on trousers

I went down to London town
To have a little fun in the underground
All the Ladies turned their heads around, saying,
"Donald, where's your trousers?"

The lassies love me every one
But they must catch me if they can
You canna put the breeks on a highland man, saying,
"Donald, where's your trousers?"

its a long road back home, so far been to inverness nairn invergordon and several outlying villages, then up to thurso, and after that back down to ullapool and today across to lewis on the big ferry, 3hr each way for a 1 hour job, but as i was booked on the 8.15pm ferry i had a mooch round and looked at the stone circles and the countryside. tomorrow sees me off down to skye for my last job, but the guy reccons cos ive finished them all by wed, they may give me a few more and i could still be up here on sat or later! its lovely countryside and im not really compaining, i get to see it all at the firms expense and they even pay for my hotels and food, but im ready for home now, prior to this i had 2 weeks on nights and so ive hardly seen sue or my girls for the best part of a month now. 'homeward bound, i wish i was, '
